Art to inspire
Painswick brings a
lot of pleasure
An exhibition of Ahrabella Heabe’s work in the Painswick Centre’s Cotswold Room (August 15-19) as part of the town’s Art Festival 2011 was visited by more than 500 people, including tourists – with more than 140 visitors on the first day.
Sales of her work, together with feedback, was very positive.
After the Gloucestershire exhibition had closed, Aharabella Heabe said: “The Festival was an excellent venue to exhibit as it helped to ensure that my work reached a wider audience.”
The individual approach that the Festival took with its artists also ensured that her work, with its unique creativity and insight into colour, space and texture, stood out from other exhibitions.

Apart from painting Ahrabella Heabe’s other passions is to encourage people to release their inherent creativity. With Art to Inspire, she offers a number of workshops and other experimental approaches of exploring creativity. The one-day workshop “Unlock Your Creative Spirit”, on October 8, combines a mixture of stillness and movement, play and experimentation to help people to joyously free their creativity. Only a limited number of places available remain.
